• Self-assessment activities
Feedback individually to students, on an activity or draft prior to summative assessment: This may be oral or written/annotated, and may be given in class or in individual conferences. Self-assessment: This supports you in critically and reflectively evaluating your own work and may include written reflections or evaluations, discussions in class or online, use of a self-assessment rubric/form. Peer review: Peer review may be practiced in person or online. This allows you to understand your own work in relation to others', to discuss standards and norms, to practice using descriptive criteria, and to extend your critical and artistic vocabulary.
