COMP30900 Final Year Project Foundations

Academic Year 2022/2023

The purpose of this module is to prepare the student for the development work in the final year project, by undertaking an initial version of the project report and providing a public presentation of same. The feedback garnered for these activities will guide the student in the development and conclusion of a substantial research/development project which will showcase their CS interests and abilities.

Approaches to Teaching and Learning:
One-on-one supervision will allow the student to receive guidance and direct feedback on information gathering, synthesis and presentation tasks relevant to the undertaking of a substantial research/development project.
