Upon successful completion of this module, students will be able to:(1) Describe and characterise energy supply and demand, and the main energy technologies for electricity, heating and cooling; (2) Describe technology and technologic solutions integration (energy systems design) with specific focus on renewable and sustainable energy systems (including micro-generation, cogeneration and tri-generation); (3) Analyse and optimize integrated energy systems as basis for creation of intelligent energy systems.
