For this module you will carry out a process analytical technology project involving experimentation and/or analysis on an approved topic under the supervision of a nominated faculty member. The project will include: (i) a survey of the literature; (ii) an oral presentation report and (iii) the presentation of a comprehensive report.

Learning Outcomes:

On completion of this module students should be able to:- bring together knowledge of science and engineering to carry out an experimental and/or analysis process analytical technology research project; - make professional quality written and oral presentations describing their experimental and/or analysis project results and conclusions;- use information tools (library, Internet etc.) to research the background to the experimental and/or analysis process analytical technology research objective being addressed;- communicate with any necessary agency or persons to achieve a successful conclusion to the experimental project;
