On completion of this module, you will be expected to be able to:
- Understand and critically appraise the theoretical and analytic principles underlying business strategy.
- Apply the concepts, tools and techniques of strategy to real life business scenarios in a variety of contexts.
- Integrate ideas and knowledge from your core discipline with the theories and tools of strategy to carry out strategic analysis and identify possible courses of action for a firm.
- Actively communicate your knowledge of and insights into strategy, in various settings and using various means.
