The course aims to achieve the following:- an appreciation of the role of ethics and corporate social responsibility in business and society- an awareness of ethics in organisational effectiveness;- the development of management skills for identifying ethical issues and their resolution in a business/ organisational context;- an understanding of a range of typical ethical dilemmas in business;- a grasp of various ethical approaches and theories;- increased confidence in using ethical concepts and terminology.
