The Project Analytics module focuses on the study of management of uncertainty on the projects. Students develop knowledge on how to use analytical techniques to monitor and control the uncertainty as well as to estimate project schedule and cost more accurately with analytics-driven prediction.

About this Module

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this module, students will be able to:
Explain and apply mathematical models to decision making.
Use Mathematical Models to aid management decision making. Discuss the range of problems from business and industry that can be formulated as simple mathematical models and
be able to formulate as mathematical a wide range of real life problems.
