Being able to understand the production, analysis and presentation of data is a key skill in today's business environment. This module allows students to explore the research process with by selecting their own topic in an organisation and researching the topic. Students select a recent issue in an organisation and explore this topic using the key steps of academic research, including the review of the academic literature already written on the selected topic, research design and execution, collection of primary data, the presentation and discussion of findings and conclusions. Students will share their findings with peers and the programme team at the UCD Lochlann Quinn School of Business.
