On completion of this module you should be able to:Illustrate the value of concepts and practices in the field of organisational behaviour.Demonstrate your knowledge of organisational behaviour and course concepts relevant to practicing managers and how these might be applicable in your own, and other, workplaces.Understand the interrelationships between each course topic and be able to identify illustrative examples of each topic from your own work experience.
Indicative Module Content:
This module will cover a range of topics including an overview of Organisational Behaviour (OB); Perception, Personalities and Values; Motivation and Empowerment; Groups and Teams; Leadership; Power, Decision Making, Communication and Conflict; Organisational Change; Designing Work; Organisational Culture.
The topics are at an introduction level for the students.
