Biomedical Knowledge: at the end of the module, the student should be able to recognise normal gross structure of the digestive and genitourinary systems and associated organs, describe development of the main organs in the digestive and genitourinary systems, and explain clinically relevant developmental anomalies of the digestive and genitourinary systems.
Clinical Skills: the student will recognise and understand the relationship between structure, disease and medical procedures (eg congenital and acquired hernia, surgical incisions) and will relate structure to radiographic imaging.
