The module is composed of weekly 1-hour seminars throughout the year.
This module is designed to provide students with an overview of relevant developments in clinical practice and associated research across the breadth of the different veterinary disciplines, to advance their ability to critically assess scientific information and to improve their skills in presenting information in a clear, logical and concise manner. Each student is required to attend a minimum of 75 % (30) of 40 consecutive seminars and maintain an attendance log detailing the date, topic and speaker. They must be fully prepared to engage in post-seminar discussions. They will be required to prepare and deliver at least two seminars over the academic year.
