This course gives you an overview of the major catalyser of modern-day technological revolutions namely artificial intelligence (AI for short). By going through examples of applied AI affecting society in a different context each week, the module intends to equip students with a deep and systematic understanding of AI. Furthermore, through an understanding of applied AI and its societal impacts, we will also touch upon critical and ethical evaluation of its applications and influences on society.
