This module provides participants with a critical understanding of the theory of and principles of coach contracting and coaching models. On completion of the module participants should be able to describe and critically evaluate key theories and principles of coaching, contract skillfully with clients and apply the theories of coaching. The module is evaluated by a 2,000-word essay comparing two coaching models.

Learning Outcomes:
