This module provides participants with an introduction to the coaching psychology of Gestalt and to behavioural change models to support their coaching sessions. On completing the module participants will be familiar with Gestalt coaching and with a number of change models and how they can be used in coaching. This module is evaluated by a graded coaching exercise on day three of the workshop.

Learning Outcomes:
