This module will address the key frameworks to assist practitioners in assessing organisational health. Specific attention will be directed at enhancing participants’ familiarity and critical reflection on the frameworks presented.
Organisational diagnosis, studies in the area of Organisational Development and Change are preoccupied with four main issues:
1. Development of organisational diagnostic models
2. The choice of procedures and methods for data collecting in diagnosis
3. Methods and techniques of data processing and making conclusions
4. Designing the appropriate interventions based on accurate diagnosis
This module will focus on organisational analysis and determining the need and capacity for change and growth.
Competence in organisation transformation and change is critical for any business leader today. In this module we will focus on:
• Developing your understanding of what creates the transformation or change need
• Outlining and testing models of organisation diagnosis
• Reviewing, considering and practicing diagnostic processes
• Having a toolkit to apply when you return to work
