This module will address the relational aspects of leadership. The best leaders are those who have strong relational skills and this module will look at the leader’s ability to really engage with others within and outside the organisation. The participant will learn about trust, how it is built and its centrality to leadership. They will also examine, at a theoretical and experiential level, conversations as a building block of social processes in organisations and will become more skilled at managing difficult conversations.
