Learning Outcomes:
On completion of the module the student will have: (1) An extensive and contemporary knowledge of Systemic Psychotherapy literature. (2) An ability to describe differences and similarities between approaches in systemic psychotherapy including theories of change. (3) An understanding of the impact of the socio-cultural context on knowledge production and knowledge in practice. (4) An enriched knowledge of, and sensitivity to, the ethical character of professional practice including a capacity to consider and apply ethical decision-making processes in the context of practice dilemmas. (5) The capacity to demonstrate a commitment to anti-discriminatory practice.
