Learning Outcomes:
On completing this module, students will have acquired the following knowledge: 1) Understanding of the basic anatomy / physiology of the Central Nervous System (CNS) 2) Understanding of methods used to investigate the functions of the CNS 3) Understanding of the brain - behaviour relation and will be able to do the following: 4) Engage with literature in cognitive neuroscience and neuropsychology , 5) Critically appraise claims of links between brains and behaviour, and 6) Relate research in neuropsychology to policy and practice.
