This year long module affords students the opportunity to explore their professional work situation, events and experiences, from a group analytic perspective. It allows students to contribute to this exploration through work presentations, engaging with others and reflecting on their personal process. This supervisory process uses the lens of group analytic theoretical concepts and here and now dynamics to support students learning

Learning Outcomes
On completion of this module students will:
• Demonstrate an ability to engage in a supervision group through preparation for and active participation in same
• Recognise the value and role of group analytic supervision to their professional work
• Be able to present and use insights gained to reflect on and challenge their work life patterns
• Begin to identify group analytic theoretical perspectives with reference to work group dynamics.

Approaches to Teaching and Learning:
This module is experiential in nature and requires active engagement in a group supervision group. Trainees will be required to present material for discussion and to participate in discussion on material brought by other students.
