• Comprehend the central role of group supervision through taking on feedback, linking insight and learning to practice, reflexively critiquing self and constructively critiquing others.
• Demonstrate competent dynamic administration skills in the planning for and establishing a therapy group to include negotiation of setting, building a professional network and progressing towards the assessment of potential clients for individual and group psychotherapy.
• Develop a group analytic attitude in setting up and establishing a training psychotherapy group with particular emphasis on location/setting, dynamic administration, assessment and selection, building the therapeutic alliance and therapeutic intervention
• Identify and explain the application of key theoretical concepts related to the practice experience.
