This is an exciting new module that will discuss the challenges of global health in the developed and developing world.
Global Health is the health of populations in a global context; it is the study, research and practice that seeks to improve health. This module will focus on communicable diseases (HIV, Tuberculosis, Ebola etc), non-communicable diseases (cancer, heart disease, liver disease etc), healthcare inequity (women's health, children's health, migration etc) and developing the practical skills to develop research plans and highlight these issues.
