This module is for graduate research degree students in the School of Medicine. PhD students should bein Stage 1 of the programme. The module is designed to enable research students in the School of Medicine to learn how to integrate the scientific and translational aspects of their research, to learn how to critically assess the current literature and discuss it with their peers and develop their critical thinking skills. Students will also learn how to develop their scientific communication and presentation skills. Students will also learn how to reflect on their development as researchers as they move through their programme.
