Approaches to Teaching and Learning:
The approach taken with this course will be a combination of theory (lectures), practical case investigation (through case studies and two sessions with practitioners) and individual and team-based project work. A specified amount of class time will be made available for the project work. Students are expected to attend all classes and guest speakers sessions. The in-class discussion is an important part of the teaching and learning process; students are therefore expected to read the literature assigned for each class and to participate actively in discussions.
