GDIC3027K-Food Safety Supervision and Management A module is delivered by Xiaoqun Wei, SCAU module coordinator.

The goal of this course is to focus on cultivating students' viewpoints (thinking) on food safety administrative law enforcement and technical supervision, and to learn and master the basic principles and methods of correctly carrying out food safety administrative law enforcement, exercising national public health functions, and realizing the state's health administrative management to society. , as well as develop the ability of preliminary safety supervision organization to implement and solve practical problems.

This course adopts the case teaching method, through citing design examples, so that students can get personal contact and perception. Through the study of this course, students can deepen their cognition of their own values and moral literacy, and further improve their behavioral norms.

Upon successful completion of the course, students should be able to:
