Learning Outcomes:

On completion of this module students will be able to:
• Review personal and work-related development experiences, aims, objectives and priorities
• Evaluate of a range of long, medium and short term development opportunities in order to provide a solution or recommendations for achieving them.
• Reflect on learning and its effect on workplace performance
