This module introduces PhD students to academic research in economics through their participation in seminars at the School of Economics and at the Geary Institute. Participation in the School's regular seminar series is required. At the end of the term, the students deliver a number of written discussions of seminars that they have attended during the term, focusing both on the content and and on the delivery of the paper.
