Upon completion of this module, the successful student will be able to...
1. Apply the theory and fundamental principles of Software Engineering in the context of a group project.
2. Design and create a solution given a problem specification, using appropriate development methodologies.
3. Situate their work within the context of the profession of Software Engineering through appropriate reports, presentations and demonstrations.
4. Communicate the outputs of their work to technical and non-technical audiences.
5. Engage in self-directed (individual and/or group) professional development through research.
6. Apply effective strategies for working in teams including communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, creativity, work ethic, interpersonal skills and time management skills.
