The module equips students with practical skills of significant value to project managers, and managers in general. It explores decision-making and risk analysis, and how managers can structure and manage complex decisions. Exploration of negotiation theory is paired with role-play and examination of real-world negotiations. Negotiation is closely related to effective decision-making, because negotiation can be seen as an interpersonal decision-making process used to resolve conflicting interests between parties.
