Working with others and leading others is a challenging but critical part of management. This module introduces psychological theories and tools for dealing with problems encountered when managing people in your work and career. The module will offer opportunities to apply these theories, and use them to solve problems you will encounter at work. The module will begin by examining the individual within the organisation, then examine working with teams and groups, and finally examine leadership.
