" This course is designed to explain and evaluate the current thinking on operations strategy and supply chain operations. It is expected that students will gain an understanding of this field and be able to apply theories and concepts in a practical setting. This course will cover strategic management issues, such as supply chain management, new product development, enterprise resource planning, relationship management and service operations as well as more general topics, such as quality, environmental concerns, and future trends in operations management.
