On completion of this module, participants will be expected to be able to:
1. Understand and describe the main theoretical frameworks and analytic techniques of global strategic management
2. Apply the most appropriate frameworks and techniques to real life strategic management scenarios
3. Identify the key considerations associated with strategy execution
4. Appraise the challenges and opportunities associated with strategic management in international arenas
5. Work individually and as part of a team to discuss, evaluate and deliver analytic insights and recommendations regarding various strategic management scenarios. "
