The course comprises of lectures and skills training which are centred upon the conceptual basis of conflict theory, mediation and approaches to conflict resolution. The course is aimed at students who wish to develop their knowledge and understanding in the fields of contested heritage, conflict analysis, mediation and the role of heritage in conflict resolution processes. The lectures are structured around theoretical presentations and skills development with a particular focus on heritage and conflict resolution.
