This module will introduce data analytics techniques in the context of accountancy and business applications.

Learning outcomes:

After completing the module students will be able to:

- Analyse the strategic data resources and needs of a business
- Advise on the collection storage and management of business data
- Identify and manipulate business data and analyse it by applying appropriate techniques.
- Visualise and communicate data insights which enable better business decisions
- Analyse ethical and security issues relating to data collection, storage and analytics.
