At the end of the MBA Programme, the capstone project gives participants the chance to broaden their horizons and put into practice the theoretical learning they have acquired. In practice, challenges rarely confine themselves to one functional area but often transcends several parts of the organisation. Therefore, successful managers must be able to tackle complex problems by blending knowledge and skills from the different functional areas. The Capstone Project is therefore intended to bring together elements from the entire MBA experience in one final challenge.

Prior to the project start date, participants will engage in various workshops to support the project process, such as Research Methods and Consulting Skills.

The projects take place over Spring and Summer. Projects can be undertaken either individually or in groups; however, we encourage participants to work in groups of 3-4. The projects must result in a final written report, which will be subnmitted to the Programme Office by the agreed deadline.
