Stage 1

BEGINNERS to German must select GER10100 and GER10110 (German Beginners A & B). NON-BEGINNERS must select GER10010 and GER10020 (German Language Ia and Ib).

Stage 2

Students must take 10 credits from Level 2 language core modules. Students who have completed GER10020 at Stage 1 must select GER20060 and GER20070. Students who completed GER10110 at Stage 1 must select GER20240 and GER20070.

Incoming Stage 1 undergraduates can usually select an Elective in the Spring Trimester. Most continuing undergraduate students can select up to two Elective modules (10 Credits) per stage. There is also the possibility to take up to 10 extra Elective credits.
