Students take 8 core modules. Students must take PHYC10250, PHYC20080 and MATH10320, if not previously taken in Stage 1. Students who completed PHYC20030 in Stage 1 do not need to register to PHYC10250.Students who intend to take Stage 3 Mathematics, Physics & Education must take STAT20110 in Stage 2 or Stage 3.

This is in order to meet the Teaching Council Criteria for teaching Physics. Some Physics modules are recommended below. In addition, students who intend taking Mathematics, Physics and Education in Stage 3 must complete a minimum of 5 credits of Chemistry and a minimum of 5 credits of Biology by the end of Stage 3, although it is recommended that you complete as many of these in Stages 1 and 2. In addition to the Biology and Chemistry conditional cores outlined above, some recommended modules are listed below. |
